You can choose to create your own letter-writing event for your neighborhood or the public during Write for Rights, where you can gather in person (COVID restrictions permitting) or hold an event online and handwrite letters to help people around the world.
Events are held annually in schools, companies, cafes, cultural centers, interest groups, churches, etc.
If you don't want to organise a public event with your community, you could also organise an event online via one of the platforms such as ZOOM, Google Meet, Skype, etc. You can liven it up with a human rights quiz or discussions on related human rights issues. You will find all the information and documents in your marathon profile after registration.
By registering, your Write for Rights profile will be created.
In your profile, we will guide you through the entire process of planning and organising a letter-writing event. There you will also be able to keep track of people attending your event and access Resources etc.
On the profile, don't forget to fill in the feedback form once you've held your event.
You can log in to your profile repeatedly using the button in the upper right corner of this website
